The "Official" Time Zone

First things first, let's get the boring stuff out of the way. Our "standard" operating hours are 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. We've got a lunch break around 1 PM (because hangry creatives are scary creatives) and a tea break around 4-4:30 PM (because we're civilized like that).

When Life Happens

For times when your cat decides to become an Instagram influencer and needs an emergency photoshoot. Or your car suddenly decides it's had enough of this mortal coil. Life happens, and we get that.

If something comes up, just give your team lead a heads-up. We trust you to handle your responsibilities and make up for any lost time. No need for a doctor's note or a sob story – we're all adults here.

Meeting Madness

We try to schedule our client meetings to start and end efficiently, with the time slot being discussed with colleagues you are working with on the project before going out for notice. And please, for the love of all things creative, use Google Calendar for your schedules. It's not just a calendar; it's a way of life at LWYD.
