1. Salary Payments

Your hard-earned salary is credited on the last working day of every month. We handle all tax deductions and submit them on your behalf, ensuring that your income tax (TDS) is taken care of without any hassle on your part.

2. Onboarding & Setup

When you join LWYD, our HR team will guide you through the setup of our personnel management system. Our payroll team will help you calculate your taxes accurately based on your personal investments and other financial details

3. Reimbursements

We understand that you might need to make purchases on behalf of the company. To keep things smooth, we process all pending reimbursements through Keka HR. Simply submit your receipts through your Keka HR dashboard, and our HR & finance team will handle the rest.

4. Flexible Pay Schedule

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you might need access to your salary a bit earlier than usual. While salaries are typically credited on the last working day of the month, we offer a flexible pay schedule for those occasional urgent needs. Just reach out to your HR representative, and they will help coordinate with the payroll team to ensure you get your salary when you need it.
