Who Can Refer?
All full-time LWYD employees can participate, unless you’re part of the HR team or Management team (sorry folks, you’ve already got the inside scoop!).
Who Can Be Referred?
We’re looking for strong candidates who tick all the right boxes for the job they’re being referred for. A few quick checks:
• They must match the qualifications and experience for the open role.
• They shouldn’t already be in our system or previously approached for the same position.
• Referrals for interns, temp, or contract roles? Not eligible for rewards.
How to Refer
It’s easy, just share your referral’s resume and contact details with the HR team.
Make sure your pick is actually right for the role. Once shared, HR will take over and you’ll be kept in the loop about what’s happening.
What’s In It for You?
If your referral joins us and makes it through probation, you’ll receive a special one-time monetary reward to say thanks. Simple, sweet, and worth it.
A Few Ground Rules
• Only the first employee can receive the reward for a given referral.
• If a candidate applies via a job portal and then reaches out to an LWYD employee, it won’t count as a referral.
• Please don’t influence or pressure the hiring process, let your referral speak for itself.
• All referrals should be made in good faith, respectfully, and confidentially.
