1. No Copycat Acts, Please!
We'd be flattered if you wanted to replicate LWYD, but let's keep our business unique, shall we? This means no starting or joining competing businesses, no consulting for our rivals, and no buying up shares in our competition (unless it's just a tiny bit in a public company).
2. Our Clients Are Family
Remember all those awesome clients you worked with? They're part of the LWYD family too. So, no poaching them for similar products or services. Let's keep those relationships special.
3. Team LWYD Stays Together
We know you'll miss your colleagues, but please don't try to lure them away. No headhunting, no passing along their resumes, and no "accidental" job offers over coffee.
4. No Reunion Tours
As much as we'd love to work with you again, we can't hire anyone who's left LWYD for 12 months. It's not you, it's us (and our lawyers).
5. Keep Our Network Intact
Those amazing suppliers and partners you met? They're part of our ecosystem. Let's not shake things up by interfering with those relationships.
6. Our Secrets Stay Secret
Remember all that cool confidential stuff you learned? Keep it under wraps. Using it to compete or spilling the beans to others is a big no-no.
