All good things must come to an end, and while we hope your LWYD adventure lasts a lifetime, we understand that sometimes new horizons beckon. So, if you're thinking of taking your final bow on the LWYD stage, here's how to make it a show-stopping exit!
The Notice Period
When it's time for your grand exit, we ask for a 30-45 day notice period. Think of it as your farewell tour - time to wrap up projects, pass the torch, and maybe even help us find your understudy.
Full and Final Settlement
Once the curtain falls on your LWYD journey, we'll hustle to get your full and final settlement sorted. This could take anywhere from immediately after your last day to about 30 days, depending on the complexity of the handover. We'll need you to:
1. Fill out the Exit form
2. Ensure a proper handover to your manager or peers (no cliffhangers, please!)
Exit Interview
Before you take your final bow, we'd love to hear your thoughts in an exit interview. Your feedback is the applause that helps us improve our performance for future stars.
