Bringing Your Best Self to Work

We trust you to bring your A-game every day. While we can't list every possible no-no (we'd be here all day!), here are some biggies that could lead to a not-so-fun conversation with HR:

• Whether it's your timesheet or a sick day, honesty is always the best policy.

• If it's not yours, hands off! This goes for both physical and intellectual property.

• Leave the fighting, threats, and intimidation for reality TV, not the workplace.

• Follow our health and safety rules like your job depends on it (because it does!).

• Work hard, play hard - but not too hard: Showing up under the influence is a big no-no

• Loose lips sink ships: Keep confidential info under wraps.

Speak Up, We're Listening

Witness something that doesn't sit right with you? We want to know about it. Reach out to HR or a founding team member - whatever feels most comfortable. We promise to take every report seriously and keep your confidence.

Remember, most day-to-day friction doesn't need the big guns. If a colleague is getting on your nerves, try talking it out directly or loop in your manager. Save the formal reports for the serious stuff - we're talking illegal or majorly unethical behavior.
